No tenant placement fee in the first month. So as not to incentivize churn, we wait until the third month after a tenant moves in before collecting a placement fee. This is to ensure that we are only placing qualified tenants in your property, we are the only property management company in our area to offer this.

No up-charge on maintenance. Some property management companies in our market area add extra fees to vendor bills. We know how frustrating upkeep and maintenance on a rental can be and so we handle all service calls, oversee the work, and use trusted vendors without charging our owners an arm and a leg.
